Hi, I'm Erin.

If you’ve ever struggled with disordered eating, weight gain, or body image issues, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I tried every extreme diet and workout. I also felt like nothing worked and I just didn’t have enough time to take care of myself. Eventually, I was able to find a sustainable approach to exercise and nutrition that brought about not only a physical transformation, but a mental one as well.

Learning how to strength train and developing a healthy, habit-based approach to nutrition transformed my life in such a positive way that I made it my mission to share this approach with others. That’s why I opened Live Fit Studios, where we help people find and harness their inner strength by lifting weights, getting stronger, and taking care of their bodies.

When you arrive at our studio, you’ll be greeted by an energetic and compassionate coach who understands your goals and is dedicated to helping you achieve them. Whether you’re taking part in a small group strength and conditioning class or a one-on-one training session, you’ll receive the individual attention and personal motivation you need for a safe and effective workout. After your session, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and empowered to take on your day, and your life.
