If you’ve ever struggled with disordered eating, weight gain, or body image issues, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I tried every extreme diet and workout. I also felt like nothing worked and I just didn’t have enough time to take care of myself. Eventually, I was able to find a sustainable approach to exercise and nutrition that brought about not only a physical transformation, but a mental one as well.
Learning how to strength train and developing a healthy, habit-based approach to nutrition transformed my life in such a positive way that I made it my mission to share this approach with others. That’s why I opened Live Fit Studios, where we help people find and harness their inner strength by lifting weights, getting stronger, and taking care of their bodies.
When you arrive at our studio, you’ll be greeted by an energetic and compassionate coach who understands your goals and is dedicated to helping you achieve them. Whether you’re taking part in a small group strength and conditioning class or a one-on-one training session, you’ll receive the individual attention and personal motivation you need for a safe and effective workout. After your session, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and empowered to take on your day, and your life.

My journey into fitness didn’t start with a love for the gym; it started with a struggle that many of us know all too well. After gaining over 75 pounds after highschool and spending years trapped in a cycle of ‘quick fixes’ and fad diets, I felt stuck. Then I became a mom, which added a whole new layer of challenge to finding time for myself. I knew I wanted to change, but I hadn’t found anything that actually stuck.
Everything shifted when I found Live Fit.
Instead of looking for the next quick solution, I began focusing on the fundamentals: building lean muscle, eating to fuel my body rather than restrict it, and, most importantly, creating habits that fit into my real life as a busy mom. I soon realized that fitness isn’t just about what you do in the gym; it’s about the support and community you have standing behind you.
That experience changed my life, and it’s exactly why I decided to become a trainer. I’ve personally lived the highs and lows of the weight-loss rollercoaster, and I know how intimidating it can be to start (or start over). My goal is to be that support system for you.
When you train with me, you aren’t just getting a workout, you’re getting a partner who understands the hurdles of a busy life. We’ll focus on building a consistent routine that makes you feel empowered, capable, and like the best version of yourself.
