We keep our classes small so we can provide individualized attention to each client. We’ll be there to teach you how to do each movement, and to make sure you’re performing each exercise optimally.
We’ll be using a wide variety of weights, from kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, a sled, bands, battle ropes, and more. We’ll show you how to use everything and perform each exercise with confidence.
Classes are 45 minutes. Feel free to arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class to make sure you’re all set and ready for the warm up!
You can, yes. But a personal training session or two might be helpful for you to learn the mechanics of common movements you’ll see in class. If you’re still unsure, send us a message and we can chat a little more about what might be the best fit for you.
