Small group classes are a perfect fit for anyone looking for effective, high-energy workouts in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Because we keep our class sizes limited, we’re able to offer a high degree of individual coaching and personalization, making our classes appropriate for people from all backgrounds and fitness levels.
A variety of strength and conditioning classes are offered each day to provide a well-rounded routine. Classes are high-energy and as challenging as you make them. We’ll utilize traditional strength training exercises like squats, rows, and bench press, and also incorporate conditioning exercises like sled pushes, battle ropes, and kettlebell swings.
Need a modification? Just let us know at the beginning of class and we’re happy to find an alternative for you.

We’ll be using a wide variety of weights, from kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, a sled, bands, battle ropes, and more. We’ll show you how to use everything and perform each exercise with confidence.

Classes are 45 minutes. Feel free to arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class to make sure you’re all set and ready for the warm up!

You can, yes. But a personal training session or two might be helpful for you to learn the mechanics of common movements you’ll see in class. If you’re still unsure, send us a message and we can chat a little more about what might be the best fit for you.
